The Gaboink! network is located in San Antonio, Texas, appearing online in 2003 after founder, George Jones chose to leave a 7 year “.com” career as a Senior Technical Program Manager with RealNetworks, Inc. and Amazon.com, Inc.. George had a vision to leverage his years of experience in online business development, application project development, and avant-garde functional specifications to research and deliver innovatory Internet applications.
Currently The Gaboink! network is focused on developing business models, project plans, and functional specifications for Gaboogle It?, an avant-garde social online trading and commerce solution.
The Gaboink! network selectively offers special services which provide unique clients with online business consultation, search engine optimization, and robust software deployments on Joomla! Open Source, WordPress, and other open source platforms.
About George
George attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville on a full Track & Field scholarship, where he studied Computer Science Engineering.
His technical career as a Technical Program Manager started in the Fortune 500 with 5 years at RealNetworks, Inc. where he managed development teams that supported the Real Player and innovative web applications and project plans for the Real.com website, E-Commerce Systems, CBS Survivor, CBS Big Brother Live 24 hour Feed, Major League Baseball, NBA, NASCAR, PGA, Harpo’s Oxygen Network, and Pope John Paul II. He moved on for approximately 2 years at Amazon.com before deciding to relocate to his native home of Texas where he now teaches Speed & Agility, coaches his son’s youth baseball team, supports his daughter drill team, and is a freelance online consultant with his own endeavor, the Gaboink! network.
