BUG: Top Menu - Log out | My Profile links

    In version 0.7.2 the top menu displays Log out | My Profile links regardless of the user's logged in status.

    This needs to be fixed to display register or login for logged out users.

    @jbarish, I am a few days from a few more fix and improvements for 0.7.3, namely how the inline comments are handled and displayed. It turned out to be a bit trickier for some reason, but rest assured that it is coming.

    This update will probably be more towards 0.7.6. Several bug fixes and cleanups along the way.

    Any idea when it comes out? I would like to buy login, etc but need to see the updates first :)
