Completed the “Twitter like” count down to allow only 140 characters and spaces per update from the submission text box. Works like a champ!

Hey Lars,
Right now the Twitter like character counter is hardcoded as a function and Java script combination. At one time, there was a plugin for this, but I was not able to get to the actual file for download, so I had to create my own. I am cleaning up a bit of code and a few more features before I release this to the community, but I plan on converting the counter into a WordPress plugin to share.
