Fixed top menu Logout|My Profile links to detect logged in status and show appropriate register/logout verbiage. Also detects Login Plugin.

Updated to the most recent SVN changes of Prologue build 1.4.1 which includes various fixes enhancements for Apple iPhones and iPod Touches.

Default header function in version of Prologue I had did not work well. Tweaked it a bit to allow default header image and customization.
